The Grand Tsingy (which translates as 'Where One Cannot Walk'), Madagascar is the world's largest stone forest, a labyrinth of 300ft high, razor sharp limestone towers, slot canyons and caves, formed by the erosion of tropical rain. Despite its inhospitable appearance, it is home to a whole host of animals including 11 species of lemur, 100 types of bird and 35 kinds of reptiles. This is the white legged lemur. byhuffingtonpost.
